VISION + MISSON
Our VISION for fellows is that we would see a generation of fellows in Virginia Beach —and beyond— offering their bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God, not being conformed to this world, but being transformed by the renewal of their minds, that by testing, they may discern what is the will of God, his good, pleasing and perfect will. (Romans 12:1-2)
Our MISSION is to equip fellows for maturity in all areas of life, spiritually, relationally, vocationally, emotionally, intellectually, and physically, so that they can discern the Lord’s will in their lives.
CORE VALUES
Trust: Our priority is to do the things that Jesus did and said to do.
Humility: We are a listening community--to the Lord and to one another--remembering all that we do not know.
Wisdom: We are learning to see the world through the lens of the kingdom of God.
Honesty: We are learning to be honest with ourselves and others.
Love: We are reaching beyond ourselves in loving commitment to others.
We don’t teach these tenets for the sake of perfection or to keep up a religious facade, but because we seek to be image bearers of Christ in all that we do, and in all that we are, in spirit, soul, and body.
